②. When starting up, remove the power failure sign of the control switch, close the control switch, send out the start signal, first jog twice, then rotate for more than one week, and then check the following items: whether the running sound is normal, and the conveyor belt has no deviation , Whether the slip and tightness are appropriate, whether the control buttons, signals and other facilities are sensitive and reliable. After the inspection is completed, the formal operation can be carried out after processing.
③. When shifting, clean the belt conveyor coal, clean up the site environment, cut off the power supply, turn off the dust suppression facilities, hand over the shift on site and fill in the operation log carefully.
2. Matters needing attention:
①. The driver must confirm the signal, start and stop the conveyor according to the prescribed signal.
②. Do not start forcibly with overload, and avoid frequent starting. No one is allowed to take the conveyor, and is not allowed to use the conveyor to transport equipment and bulky materials.
③. During the operation, pay attention to the operating conditions at any time, pay attention to check the running status of the rollers, the deviation of the conveyor belt, the tension of the conveyor belt, the cleaning device, the reducer, the fluid coupling for leakage, and lubrication. Whether the temperature of work, reducer, fluid coupling, motor and all roller bearings is normal, etc., listen to the sound of each part.
④. When the conveyor belt is running, it is forbidden to clean the coal powder in the head, tail drum and its vicinity, and the conveyor belt cleaner is not allowed to be pulled.
⑤. It is strictly forbidden to directly touch the moving conveyor belt with hands, feet and tools when jog driving and handling the deviation of the conveyor belt.
⑥. It is prohibited to use unqualified fusible plugs, rupture disks or substitutes.
What is the way to quickly adjust the deviation of the conveyor belt on site?
① Automatic roller deviation adjustment. When the deviation of the conveyor belt is not large, the self-aligning roller can be installed at the place where the deviation of the conveyor belt is greatest.
② Single-side vertical roller deviation adjustment, the conveyor belt always deviates to one side, and several vertical rollers can be installed in the deflection range of the deviated side to reset the conveyor belt.
③ Adjust the deviation with moderate tension. When the conveyor belt deviates from left to right and the direction is irregular, it indicates that the conveyor belt is too loose. The tensioning device can be adjusted appropriately to eliminate the deviation.
④ Adjust the roller deviation, the conveyor belt runs off the roller, check whether the roller is abnormal or move, adjust the roller to the horizontal position and rotate normally to eliminate the deviation.
⑤ Correct the deviation of the conveyor belt joint. The deviation of the conveyor belt is always in one direction, and the maximum deviation is at the joint. The conveyor belt joint can be corrected to be perpendicular to the center line of the conveyor belt to eliminate the deviation.
⑥ Adjust the deviation of the raised rollers, the conveyor belt runs in the direction of deviation, and the distance is fixed. Several groups of rollers can be raised on the opposite side of the direction of deviation to eliminate the deviation.
⑦ Adjust the deviation of the idler roller, and the deviation direction of the conveyor belt is certain. Check that the center line of the idler roller is not perpendicular to the center line of the conveyor belt, and the idler roller can be adjusted to eliminate the deviation.
⑧ Eliminate the slime adjustment, the conveyor belt deviation point remains unchanged, and it is found that the roller drum is sticking to the slime, it is necessary to eliminate the slime adjustment.
⑨ Correct the feed deviation, the conveyor belt will not run deviation under light load, and the heavy load will run deviation. The feed weight and position can be adjusted to eliminate deviation.
⑩ Correct the deviation of the bracket, the direction of the conveyor belt's deviation, the position is fixed, and the deviation is serious. The horizontal and vertical degree of the bracket can be adjusted to eliminate the deviation.
