Corrugated Sidewall Conveyor Belt

The large-inclination-angle corrugated sidewall belt is composed of three parts: the base belt, the sidewall, and the transverse partition. The sidewall serves to prevent the lateral sliding and spilling of materials. To facilitate the passage around the rollers, the sidewall is designed in a corrugated shape. The function of the transverse partition is to support the materials. To achieve large-inclination-angle conveying, T-shaped and TC-shaped partitions are adopted. The sidewall and the transverse partition are connected to the base belt through secondary vulcanization, which ensures a very high connection strength.
