Introduction
Tear resistant EP conveyor belt is suitable for conveying hard and sharp materials with large drop, so it can be widely used in mines, ports, electric power, metallurgy, chemical engineering, coal mines and other complex environments.
We evenly arrange high ductility horizontal polyester or nylon canvas in the top cover (or top cover and bottom cover) of the wire rope belt body of the product. The tear resistant layer is perpendicular to the running direction of the conveyor belt, which can prevent the belt from being punctured when conveying hard and sharp materials.
The tear proof layer will work even if the belt is punctured. This product has unique elasticity and can absorb impact well. In addition, its steel core, rubber material, and formula are very reasonable, so its durability and service life are further extended.

1. The constant load elongation performance of the Tear Resistant EP Conveyor Belt is better than that of nylon conveyor belts and other fabric core conveyor belts. In use, it can shorten the lead distance, save costs, and is suitable for long-distance material transportation.
2. This impact resistant and tear resistant conveyor belt is lighter than the ordinary tear resistant steel wire rope conveyor belt, and the core weight is only about 80% of the ordinary tear resistant steel wire rope, so as to achieve the effect of energy conservation.
3. The surface of the conveyor belt is designed with clear patterns, so it has a good anti-skid effect and materials are not easy to fall off the conveyor belt.
4. The adhesion between multi-layer materials is strong, and not easy to separate, so the service life of the belt is longer.
