Product introduction:
The heat resistance and service life of the Heat Resistant EP Conveyor Belt mainly depend on the heat resistance of the covering layer and the core. We use rubber with good heat resistance, such as styrene-butadiene rubber, butyl rubber, ethylene-propylene rubber, etc. as the main rubber materials, with polyester cotton and polyester canvas with good heat resistance and low heat shrinkage as the core. The heat-resistant conveyor belt is divided into four grades according to different test temperatures. T1: The heat resistance shall not exceed the test temperature of 100 ° C; T2: heat resistance is not greater than 125 ° C test temperature; T3: heat resistance shall not exceed 150 ° C test temperature: T4: heat resistance shall not exceed 175 ° C test temperature. Our product specifications are very diverse, and different manufacturers are welcome to choose.
Example of marking: T2 EP200 1200 * 5 (8+3) 100. T2 indicates that the heat-resistant EP conveyor belt can withstand the test temperature of no more than 125 ° C. The length is 100m, the width is 1200mm, the EP canvas core is five layers in total, the strength specification is 1000N/mm, and the upper and lower cover thickness is 8mm and 3mm respectively. At present, these products meet the national standard for canvas heat-resistant conveyor belts (GB/T 20021-2005). In order to meet the higher temperature, we have developed the Heat Resistant EP Conveyor Belt which can withstand the higher temperature. Generally, we add flame retardant, thermal insulation agent, anti-ablation agent, thermal conductivity agent, etc. to the coating of adhesive material to improve its performance.

Features
(1) Heat Resistant EP Conveyor Belt can be used for a long time at 150 ° C and for a short time at 150 ° C or above;
(2) This product not only has good wear resistance at normal temperatures but also is not easy to be damaged at high temperatures.
(3) Before vulcanization, the buffer rubber has certain self-adhesiveness and mutual adhesion, and after vulcanization, it has high adhesion strength.
(4) Its hardness and tensile properties meet the use requirements of cement plants, steel plants, gravel plants, smelting plants, and other sites.
on and mutual adhesion, and after vulcanization, it must have a high adhesive strength. (4) The hardness and tensile property meet the requirements.
