
Introduction
Burn Resistant EP Conveyor Belt consists of multiple layers of heat-resistant rubber canvas, heat-resistant cover rubber, and heat-resistant burn cover rubber. The work surface is covered with a heat-resistant fabric so it is very strong. We can also choose different degrees of heat-resistant T/C canvas, chemical fiber canvas, inorganic fiber canvas, and paint adhesives with different flame-retardant properties according to user requirements and environmental conditions. The covering layer of this product adopts a unique adhesive formula, which can form a heat-insulating carbonized layer on the surface when conveying high-temperature materials. The adhesive formula with long service life and good stability ensures high adhesion between cloth layers under high-temperature conditions and avoids defects such as air bubbles during use.

Burn Resistant EP Conveyor Belt is suitable for conveying high-temperature materials with a temperature as high as 250°C-700°C and can meet the needs of harsh environments.

According to the material temperature and high-temperature combustion state, the conveyor belt is divided into type I and type II. Type I high-temperature combustion conveyor belt is suitable for conveying materials with a temperature of 250°C-400°C, and Type II high-temperature combustion conveyor belt is suitable for conveying materials with a temperature exceeding 400°C and materials with an instantaneous temperature of 700°C.
