NN high temperature resistant burning conveyor belt is widely used in metallurgy, casting, cement, chemical industry and other industries, mainly used for conveying materials such as sinter, cement clinker, coke, casting and so on. The heat-resistant temperature of conveying is 175℃, the temperature of conveying materials can reach 300℃, and the instant temperature can reach 600℃.
Features
1, The skeleton material for our burn resistant NN conveyor belt is made of special heat-resistant fabric, so that the tape will not be deformed at high temperature.
2, Cover the rubber formula is unique, in conveying high temperature materials, the surface of the formation of adiabatic carbide layer.
Excellent adhesive formula ensures high adhesion between cloth layers under high temperature conditions, avoiding defects such as delamination blistering in the process of use, good stability and long service life.
Selection
When choosing a burn resistant NN conveyor belt, you can refer to the following two situations to choose the appropriate model:
1. Different types of conveying materials and particle sizes, the surface temperature of the conveyor belt will have massive materials such as coke, iron ore and so on because of gaps and air convection, so that the temperature of the belt surface is lower than the temperature of conveying materials.
2. When transporting smaller particles or powdery materials, such as cement, aluminum, carbon black, etc., the temperature of the transported object itself is almost no different from the temperature of the belt surface. In this case, when selecting the belt, it is necessary to know not only the temperature of the conveying material, but also the heating condition of the conveyor belt surface during the actual operation.
