⒉The temperature in the warehouse should be kept between -15°C and +40°C during storage, and the relative humidity should be kept between 50% and 80%.
⒊The conveyor belt must be placed in a roll during storage and must not be folded. During storage, the conveyor belt should be turned once every season.
⒋The running speed of the conveyor belt should not be greater than 5.0m/s, and the low speed should be used as far as possible when transporting large, abrasive materials and using a fixed plow-type unloading device. When the speed exceeds the specified speed, the service life of the tape will be affected.
⒌The relationship between the diameter of the transmission roller of the conveyor and the cloth layer of the conveyor belt, the matching of the reversing roller of the transmission roller and the requirements for the groove angle of the idler should be selected reasonably according to the design requirements of the conveyor.
⒍In order to reduce the impact and wear of the material on the tape, the feeding direction should follow the running direction of the tape; the drop of the material falling on the tape should be minimized; the feeding port should avoid directly above the drum or roller; the tape receiving material The section should shorten the distance between idlers and take buffer measures. In order to prevent the tape from being scratched, the contact parts of the scraper cleaning device of the stopper device and the unloading device with the tape should be made of rubber plates with appropriate hardness. Do not use tape heads with cloth layers.
⒎The following matters should be paid attention to during the use of the conveyor belt:
A. Avoid the rollers being covered by the material, causing the rotation failure, prevent the leakage of the material from getting stuck between the roller and the tape, pay attention to the lubrication of the movable part, but do not oil the conveyor belt.
B. Strive to avoid starting with load.
C. If the tape deviation occurs, measures should be taken to correct it in time.
D. It is found that the local damage of the tape should be repaired in time to avoid expansion.
E. Prevent the tape from being blocked by the frame, pillar or block material, and prevent it from being broken.
