Purpose:
Mainly used in metallurgy, construction and other industries, conveying sinter, coke, cement clinker and other high temperature materials, material temperature does not exceed 800℃, surface temperature does not exceed 220℃ under the condition of use. Features: EPDM rubber is used as the covering layer, the skeleton material is made of domestic special high-temperature canvas, and the unique formula design solves the key problems of high saturation of EPDM rubber, poor adhesion and low adhesion between layers. It has the characteristics of light belt body, long life (about 2-4 times) and good heat resistance.
Implementation of the "Conveyor belt with rubber or plastic covering of general purpose fabric core conveyor belt" standard, this standard adopts the draft international standard ISO/FDIS14890-1999 standard
Heat-resistant conveyor belt is made of multi-layer rubber cotton canvas (polyester cotton) or polyester canvas covered with high temperature or heat resistant rubber, high temperature vulcanization bonded together, suitable for conveying 175℃ below hot coke carbon, cement, slag and hot castings.

3, heat resistant conveyor belt can be divided into four types:
Type I: can withstand not more than 100℃ test temperature, the maximum short-term operating temperature of 150℃, code T1.

Type III: can withstand the test temperature of not more than 150℃, the maximum short-term operating temperature of 200℃, code T3.
Type IV: can withstand no more than 175℃ test temperature, maximum short-term operating temperature 250℃, code T4.
