Usage:
Absorb and discharge sulfuric acid with a concentration not exceeding 40%, hydrochloric acid with a concentration of 30%, sodium hydroxide solution with a concentration of 15%, and equivalent acidic and alkaline solutions of the above concentrations (excluding nitric acid).

Structure:
The inner rubber layer is made of synthetic rubber such as nitrile rubber, natural rubber, styrene butadiene rubber, carbon black, etc., and the skeleton layer.

Extreme temperature adaptability
High/low temperature resistance range: -40 ℃~200 ℃ (instantaneous temperature resistance up to 250 ℃), using a composite structure of * * silicone rubber (inner rubber layer)+EPDM rubber (outer rubber layer) * *, with no brittle cracking at low temperatures and no deformation at high temperatures.
▶ Actual testing verification: After continuous immersion in hot oil at 180 ℃ for 24 hours, the tensile strength retention rate is ≥ 90%; -Bending 180 ° at 30 ℃ without cracks.
Strong chemical resistance
Acid alkali tolerance range: pH 1-14, fully compatible. The inner rubber layer is coated with fluororubber (FKM) and polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE), which can transport strong corrosive media such as 98% concentrated sulfuric acid, 30% sodium hydroxide, aqua regia, etc.
▶ Corrosion test: Immersed in a 50% nitric acid solution for 72 hours, the swelling rate of the inner rubber layer is less than 1.5%, far exceeding that of ordinary rubber (swelling rate>5%).


Wear resistant and pressure resistant dual guarantee
Compressive performance: working pressure of 6-10Bar, burst pressure ≥ 30Bar. The reinforcement layer is made of aramid fiber weaving and stainless steel wire spiral skeleton, with a negative pressure resistance of -0.09MPa, eliminating the risk of suction collapse.
Wear resistance index: Wear resistance ≤ 80mg (ISO 4649 standard), with a service life of 2000 hours when transporting quartz sand (particle size 1mm), which is four times that of ordinary rubber hoses.
