Usage:
Absorb and discharge diesel, gasoline, crude oil, asphalt, and can also produce anti-static rubber hoses. Mainly used for the transportation and discharge of oil such as tank truck unloading.
Usage temperature:
-20℃~+180℃
Structure:
The inner rubber layer is made of synthetic rubber such as nitrile rubber, natural rubber, styrene butadiene rubber, carbon black, etc. The skeleton layer is made of synthetic fabric or curtain layer, spiral steel wire layer, and the outer rubber layer is made of synthetic rubber such as natural rubber, styrene butadiene rubber, carbon black, etc.

Product advantages
Corrosion resistant and flexible:
Nitrile rubber lining (NBR) can withstand strong corrosive media with pH 1-14, and the bending radius is only 5 times the diameter of the pipe
Double effect protection:
The conductive steel wire layer eliminates static electricity (essential for flammable oils) and is covered with chloroprene rubber to resist UV aging.
Wide temperature range operation:
stable transportation from -40 ℃ to+120 ℃ (instantaneous peak at 150 ℃)
Pressure resistant and explosion-proof:
spiral steel wire skeleton layer, capable of withstanding pressure up to 5.0MPa, explosive pressure exceeding 20MPa, and resistant to negative pressure and collapse.
