The inner rubber layer is made of synthetic rubber such as butadiene rubber, natural rubber, styrene butadiene rubber, carbon black, etc., and the middle layer.
For synthetic fabrics or curtain layers, the outer rubber layer is made of synthetic rubber such as natural rubber, styrene butadiene rubber, carbon black, etc.

Inner rubber layer: Made of high hardness and wear-resistant rubber (Shore hardness ≥ 75A), reinforced with diamond microbeads, the wear resistance index reaches 120 mg (ISO 4649 standard), which is more than three times that of ordinary rubber hoses.
Pressure resistant and explosion resistant, safe and reliable
Enhancement layer: Adopting double-layer high-strength polyester fiber weaving and spiral steel wire skeleton, with a working pressure of ≥ 8Bar and a burst pressure of ≥ 24Bar, far exceeding the industry standard (GB/T 1186-2007).
Weather resistant and corrosion-resistant, suitable for all scenarios
Outer rubber layer: chloroprene rubber (CR)+anti-aging additives, ozone resistant, UV resistant, outdoor service life of more than 5 years. Chemical resistance: acid and alkali resistant, compatible with various sandblasting media such as steel sand, copper ore sand, glass beads, etc.
