Product Description
High strength industrial black EP tape is made of polyester fiber (EP) canvas as the skeleton layer, covered with high wear-resistant black rubber. With ultra-high tensile strength, impact resistance, fatigue resistance and other characteristics, it has become the core transmission equipment for heavy industrial scenes such as mining, metallurgy, ports, and power.
Features
The High Strength Industrial Black EP Belt have high initial modulus, belt body size and good thermal stability against impact. It is suitable for conveying materials under medium and long distance, large volume and high speed conditions. Secondly, the endurance of our products is also excellent. Finally, our products are characterized by a long service life.

Product advantages
Redefine industrial transmission limits

Advantages of polyester fiber
- Using high-strength polyester yarn to weave canvas, with a strength 30% higher than nylon (NN) fiber;
- Multi layer composite structure: longitudinal tensile strength of 100-3000N/mm, longitudinal elongation rate ≤ 0.3%, suitable for ultra long distance transportation (such as open-pit mine belt conveyors);

Exclusive rubber formula
- Adopting a composite system of natural rubber (NR) and styrene butadiene rubber (SBR), the wear resistance is improved by 50% compared to ordinary rubber bands;
- Built in tear resistant fiber layer, tear resistance strength ≥ 1200N/mm.

Special scenario adaptation
- Anti aging performance, suitable for environments with strong ultraviolet radiation and high dust in open-pit mines;
- Nitrile rubber (NBR) covering rubber, resistant to gasoline and hydraulic oil erosion, suitable for port machinery and auto repair workshops.
